The Renewal By Andersen family loves to celebrate the beginning of the summer season with our marketing management company cook off. Since summer is the busiest time of year for our traditional and non traditional marketers we decided to lighten the air with a little friendly competition. Our marketing managers went head to head in a battle of the best burger. Our contenders are: our traditional marketing expert, Carol Ann, Canvassing Manager, JP, Events Manager, Rose and Call Center Manager, Jacque.
Each month we make sure to dedicate a meeting to organized games, constructive criticism and good food. We value quality time with each other like one would with a friend. We also see these meetings as a positive tool to give our employees which will motivate them throughout their work week. They have the opportunity to see where their hard work is going towards as well as receive updates on how they are meeting their goals. One of our biggest priorities is to provide our employees with fulfillment, purpose and motivation to achieve their goals at work and at home. We continue to hire throughout the year especially during our summer months in all departments such as: brand ambassadors, installers, call center marketers and management. There is plenty of room to grow and succeed within a company with an encouraging company culture.
At the company cook off, it was a neck and neck for our head judge Chadwick, our overall marketing manager, but the real results came from our marketing employees. After every marketer each had a bite of each burger they had came to the tough decision that Carol Ann’s Hawaiian Burger was victorious.
