Over the last 2 years, I have been restoring a 1932 brick Tudor over in Ravenna. During this time I have dealt with roofers, electricians, plumbers, you name it. The hand off between the sales experience and the actual installation is rarely consistent. That is definitely not the case with the Renewal by Andersen team.

Over a period of three days, they arrived on schedule and always took precautions to protect the carpeting and furnishings. At the end of the day, they vacuumed and cleaned up all debris; indeed, you couldn’t tell that they had even been here! All-in all, we were very impressed with their professionalism.

In our previous house we installed Renewal by Andersen windows and I cannot wait to have our present windows replaced. I will use Renewal in a minute and look forward to working with them again. Since our previous house was over 20 years old, it was not easy to match the existing windows. They did a great job of coming as close as possible, and the end result made our house look like new. When we put it on the market, it sold in three hours! --think in large part because of the beautiful windows. There is nothing that dates a house more than old gritty windows. Also, Renewal’s crew was very professional and did the job in the time frame specified.

All in all, it was a very pleasant experience; and we, to this date, have maintained a nice relationship with our salesperson.

Their work was outstanding. We have completed numerous home projects and are very critical of the workmanship of others, including the builders of our home. With Renewal by Andersen, the workmanship exceeded our expectations and did not require that we make changes after the work was completed. The windows were installed quickly and the end product has the appearance of having been built during the original construction. It was amazing to watch them work. They were efficient and clearly demonstrated a high degree of knowledge in installation as well as their product. Each feature of the new windows was explained to us. We were amazed at their accuracy in cutting the existing framework and installing the new windows.

They were friendly, professional and very hard-working. They were careful to cover the floors and cleaned up the area after their work. We did not think that all of the windows could be installed within the 3-day timeframe but they completed the work as scheduled, much to our amazement.
